1, Do I need to sign my package at delivery?
Yes, your order will need to be signed. Express will be sent three times to deliver your package and may try to contact you to arrange the appropriate time, so please keep the phone so that you can receive your package. After the third attempt fails, the courier will return the parcel to the warehouse for collection.
2, How to return?
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will provide some options to help you decide what to do next.
If you have an account, simply log in to the "My Account" section and click "Online Return". If you use a visitor to return the order, please visit Alitogether.com to manage your return.
Click the relevant order and select the item you want to exchange / return from the drop-down menu and indicate the reason for the return.
Confirm your return by clicking the return button.
Take your package to any post office to make sure you get the receipt.
3, How is your site safe?
We use the latest security technology to protect your personal information. When you enter your personal information on the checkout page, you are on a secure website (using SSL certificate). Most browsers display a small padlock symbol on your browser to make sure you are safe. Some operating systems also display a message that you are entering a secure site. 4, When should I receive my refund?
Our goal is to process the return immediately after receipt of the goods in the warehouse. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Normally, we will respond to your statement within 3-7 business days, but some credit card providers may take up to 15 business days to transfer funds to your credit card.
